Answer to both is YES! I have not explore the frame to much as I am still learning the TV and enjoying the amazing picture, however, I have played with the frame some. There 3 different frames and 100 choices of wall art to choose from, I like the 3 elephants and the close-up of the zebra.

It comes in a standard black frame and you pick the color matting when setting up your art preferences. The other colors like white are available for purchase for about $150 each and attach magnetically to completely cover the standard black.

The frames are not included, there is an additional cost. It's however optional, the bezel without the added frame is a dark charcoal color.
