Need to buy separately. However, the base includes a black frame.

I have not explore the frame to much as I am still learning the TV and enjoying the amazing picture, however, I have played with the frame some. There 3 different frames and 100 choices of wall art to choose from, I like the 3 elephants and the close-up of the zebra.
