“Is there a known issue with HDR+ being compatible with the PS4 Pro system's HDR support? With HDR+ enabled on the 6290, the PS4 Pro shows HDR is not supported when connected directly to TV. The HDMI cable is 4K certified, FYI. Thanks in advanced.”

Go to your settings menu on your samsung. Scroll to General, then external device manager, then HDMI UHD Color, and turn all ports to on. Once you do that your PS4 Pro and XB1s/x will recognize 4k HDR 60FPS
