• This should only affect the picture quality on streaming services that try to adjust the resolution to a lower resolution such as YouTube or Netflix. If you are watching TV through your provider the picture quality should be what you have for the package. For video games, it will use the native resolution for the game making it not be affected by network speeds. Network speeds will only affect things that use the internet.
