Your game systems should automatically detect 4k. However, for 4k, you need a cable that supports the 2.x standard, if your hdmi cable is a couple of years old it probably does not support the new standard. But if it is not your cable what about trying the following: 1) In the “settings-> General -> HDMI UHD Color" make sure HDMI1 to HDMI4 are enabled for UHD 2) Enable game mode. Select the HDMI device on the Q6F your Xbox is installed on. Now in the “settings-> General -> External Device Manager” menu, enable game mode. The game mode should be enabled just for your Xbox. Now do the same thing for the PS4
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What I had to do on my pro is go to the PS4 system settings and choose the 2160 resolution over automatic. Then the games would allow the hdr mode. Also make sure the HDR is turned on in the tv settings as well
