QuestionWhat's the difference between this and the QN55Q7FAMFXZA. besides the price?

- Answer I compared the 55 Q6 and Q7 before deciding to buy the Q6, the differences I noticed are as follows: 1) The Q7 has a slightly better picture on paper, though I can't really notice it 2) Q7 has the One Connect Mini which has one sleek wire going from the One Connect box to the TV (combined power and video) while the Q6 has two wires, separate power and video, going from it's One Connect to the TV 3) The Q7 is slightly thinner, has a different stand and can use the specialized Q7 Samsung no gap wall mount. Even though the Q6 does not work the no gap wall mount it still worked with my existing universal wall mount The Q7 appears to be a great TV, but I did not find enough difference to warrant the extra expense, but some of those feature might be important to you. - Answer I had to buy 8 45mm bolts to mount this tv. The spacers for the bolts are included with the tv.

- Answer I actually bought a Sony X900E and returned it for the Samsun Q6F. While there is no denying the Sony picture is FANTASTIC in the store, its user interface is HORRIBLE. The remote is a complicated mix of buttons that are near impossible to feel out in a dark room. The AndroidTV smart features have a user interface that - while customizable - is far more complicated than the competition. Conversely, the Samsung OneRemote is elegantly simple. The OneConnect [mini] handles all your HDMI connections via a single small cable to the back of the TV. And the picture quality is just as good (in my opinion) - especially for every day TV, Sports and Movie watching. Just be sure to turn off the Ambient Light Sensor in the Settings - as this feature dimmed the display automatically when the room darkens.

- Answer On paper, the MU9000 has more contrast and deeper blacks but the QF6 has Quantum Dot and richer color. They both have the same remotes and one connect box (for connections) but the MU9000 is slightly thinner. At home, once calibrated, I suspect it would be hard to notice the difference between either TV’s image quality, so go with the best price option. - Answer From Samsung Tech Support: Both TVs have the same features, one is of 2017 model and the other is 2018 model. QN55Q65FNFXZA is the 2018 model TV.

QuestionI just got this TV and I am trying to get my ps4 pro and Xbox one s to detect the HDR but both systems are telling me this TV doesn't support HDR but it's clearly an HDR TV. I am using a high end HDMI cord and not sure why the systems won't detect HDR.

- Answer Your game systems should automatically detect 4k. However, for 4k, you need a cable that supports the 2.x standard, if your hdmi cable is a couple of years old it probably does not support the new standard. But if it is not your cable what about trying the following: 1) In the “settings-> General -> HDMI UHD Color" make sure HDMI1 to HDMI4 are enabled for UHD 2) Enable game mode. Select the HDMI device on the Q6F your Xbox is installed on. Now in the “settings-> General -> External Device Manager” menu, enable game mode. The game mode should be enabled just for your Xbox. Now do the same thing for the PS4

- Answer The Q6F is the 2017 model and it has the OneConnect box vs the Q6FN, which is sold for the 2018 year and has its ports on the back of the screen. There are minor software differences such as the integration of the SmartThings app.

- Answer Yes it is 48" wide and the depth is minimal. Very thin profile. good tv. I would recommend a nice sound bar system with two wireless speakers makes a world of difference.

- Answer This model is the next step up from the entry model. It's a QLED as opposed to a normal LED. The main difference is in the internal processors which are faster and some of the color spectrums that it can produce. Specifically blacks and dark colors.

- Answer yes it will. just don't use the game mode setting because it will keep blacking out your gaming instead use the hdr plus setting and it will blow your mind.

- Answer Yes any HDMI port is HDR compatible on this TV. You just have to enable HDR for each HDMI port in the menu.

- Answer UHD or ultra high definition uses 4K panel which is 4 × 1080P. The Q LED uses in upgraded version of the 4K panel and as another panel which increases the amount of color output the television can produce. This results in much more vibrant color and a wider color Spectrum. The added color allows for much more variation giving more depth and greater detail.

QuestionHow is the up-scaling? I do not have traditional cable. I use an IPTV service on an android box that will only display in either 720p or 1080p. I am not expecting miracles, but will it upscale 720/1080p and look decent/good?

QuestionI have a sound bar that is 3 1/2" high. What is the distance of the TV from the top of the table to the bottom of the TV? Will the sound bar obstruct the view of the screen? If so, is there a way to raise the TV to accommodate the sound bar?

- Answer Hi Mindy, they make an attachment that holds the soundbar to the TV, don't know if on legs but I think there is room.
