I compared the 55 Q6 and Q7 before deciding to buy the Q6, the differences I noticed are as follows: 1) The Q7 has a slightly better picture on paper, though I can't really notice it 2) Q7 has the One Connect Mini which has one sleek wire going from the One Connect box to the TV (combined power and video) while the Q6 has two wires, separate power and video, going from it's One Connect to the TV 3) The Q7 is slightly thinner, has a different stand and can use the specialized Q7 Samsung no gap wall mount. Even though the Q6 does not work the no gap wall mount it still worked with my existing universal wall mount The Q7 appears to be a great TV, but I did not find enough difference to warrant the extra expense, but some of those feature might be important to you.
