are all 4 hdmi inputs all ultra hd compatible? null

Yes they are, but they need to be enabled in “settings-> General -> HDMI UHD Color".

I am only using two of the four inputs but it seems like all of them are ultra HD compatible. Some cable and local channels may not broadcast in ultra HD yet so the picture is much better with Netflix and Amazon (streaming channels).
