“What are the main differences between this model and the NU8000? I'm pretty sure I'd prefer to get this one but don't think the legs will fit the turntable on top of my entertainment center. If this model is that much better I'll try to make it work.”

I was going to get the NU8000 in the 65 inch as well. I got it home and it was just too big. I got the QF6 in 55 and for just a little less money I got BETTER picture and the looks of the TV I feel are nicer! If you are unsure of the "footing" size as I was go to the store if you can. The box for some reason (not sure not why listed on the specs on the website) has the dimensions of the base legs. I brought the dimensions of my entertainment center and checked the box, Waalaa! I think you will prefer the quality of the QF6 over the NU8000! Good Luck!
