“Does this TV have 4K upscaling?”

• Yes. I have yet to find a 4K television that does NOT upscale lower definition programming. Please be aware that upscaled programming (programs not produced with 4K video) will never be as clear as programs produced with 4K technology. Upscaling has been a standard feature for years, whether it be DVD to Blue Ray video, lower definition TV to 720P to 1080P, and now 1080p to 4K.
