“I would like to use the frame tv as an extended desktop screen (not mirrored, but extended) with my Mac. First is there any limitation that would prevent me from doing this? Second, which port on the One connect would I need to connect to?”

The set can connect to a computer but the manuals don't say anything about Mac versus Windows PC—possibly you would need an adapter. The connection, however, to the Frame is via HDMI.
