“The Black Friday ad says that the price will be lowered to 699, but that is the current price. The same applies to a lot of the other tvs I viewed. Does that mean there won't be a price change for Black Friday?”

I believe that 699 was the Black Friday price. The lowest I've seen is $697 on amazon. It regularly sells for about $1100 or 1200.
