My TV is in my office, not a large room, and the TV speaker is clear and has PLENTY of volume. It's also equipped with Bluetooth so you can send the sound to your own individual speaker if you want.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I upgraded from a Samsung 48 inch TV to this Samsung 55 inch TV and in my opinion, the sound quality is better. Slightly better. The room where I have this TV is rather average to small at about 14 feet by 14 feet. If you have a larger room, you may need a sound bar. Keep in mind that on some channels, the voice quality is terrible. I believe this is an issue with the broadcast network or program production and NOT an issue with the TV. Others have stated that even a sound bar will NOT help with poor voice or dialogue quality. So, short of a high fidelity sound system with an equalizer, this voice problem will always be around. Hope my experience helps answer your question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you're using it in an office or small space and just watching normal channels, the TV speakers are fine. If you're using it in a larger room and/or watching movies or playing games, I recommend getting the corresponding soundbar- HUGE difference when you listen without and then turn on the soundbar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Great quality
