• YouTube TV is not pre-loaded but it is available on the app store which is preloaded on the tv (I don't think any non-samsung app is preloaded but it gives you an option to download some of the popular ones during the set up process -- there are many streaming apps on the app store -- one click quick install easy peasy)

• I believe I installed the app but YouTube TV works quite well with this set.
