“I just received my Q70T and it appears there’s a protective film on the screen. I can see all of the edges to it and if I try I can start to lift it up. There is no blue tab or instructions to remove. What should I do?”

Not exactly sure I am understanding you, but the film simply peels off. Just lift the edges off the black tv trim and slowly pull it away from the screen. It is easier to start in a corner and pull off diagonally. It can be a bit static to the touch.
