“Just bought a 55" Q80A. Is there a charger for the smart remote, if not how do I charge it with cable?”

• The remote charges by ambient light in the room or light from outside. You can also charge it by using a USB cable connection. I have a more comprehensive remote from my previous Samsung that I use because of my familiarity with it and the range of its functions. But the simple remote that comes with the set works well.

• Hi DickG - You can charge the solar cell by leaving the back of the remote facing up. It will charge with either sunlight or indoor light. If you use the USB-C port, a red light will let you know that it is charging. The USB-C cable is not included, but you can find this product at Best Buy. We recommend using an original Samsung charger to charge your remote. ^Gina
