A:Answer The TV is held upright by two metal sort of L-shaped legs that attach to the back of the TV. Each of the legs is 3/8 inch thick and there is 42 inches inside-to-inside between the two 8 1/2 inch long metal "feet", yielding an outside-to-outside measurement of about 43". The legs hold the TV screen upright with 2 5/8" clearance between the bottom of the TV screen and the table on which the TV sits. Those "feet" both extend 3 1/2" behind the TV screen. It bears mentioning that all of the connections for the HDMI cables attach to a "one connect" box-like device, which then sends a signal through a single cable routed through a path on the back of the TV to the center of the rear of the TV screen, where it connects and needs to be secured by a screw (included in the packaging). Samsung cautions that the "one connect" box should receive adequate ventilation, which means that it needs to sit on the table behind the TV, itself, so leave about 5"-6" of room behind the TV for that box.
