• Yes this Tv and Q8, Q9s that are the 2019 model all have 2.1 hdmi ports. You will need to go into general settings>external devices and then change the ports to amplify the signal

• I had to downgrade my refresh rate from 60Hz to 30Hz, otherwise the screen kept cutting out, appearing as if it were losing signal to the point that it was unusable. I do not game, so 30 Hz might be okay for me.
