“I wired up this new TV exactly like the last setup: TiVo/Cable, Roku & Blue-ray disk player. HDMI all around. Problem - The volume on the TV/soundbar isn't very loud. I can crank it up to 100 and it isn't as loud as the Roku and Disk player output. What??”
