QuestionCan this tv utilize a flush mount so it has a similar look to the frame tv?

- Answer be aware that the hole position is not in the center of the tv. therefore when purchasing a mount, you might see the wall mounting brackets. You can purchase adapters to reposition the tv to the center if you wall mount it.

QuestionI just purchased the 58” 4k uhd smart tizen tv and the picture quality doesn’t look like 4k.Is there something I need to adjust on the tv to get a 4k picture? Or do I need other equipment to get 4k?

- Answer Most broadcasts are not 4K. Try it with a 4K DVD player and a 4K DVD to be sure.

- Answer SO these TV's are heavy... Make sure you have the right mount. Then call some friends. My husband helped me hang mine.

QuestionChannels are found with auto scan but are skipped over when thumbing thru the channels. Like 3.1 is there but the 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 6.2, and etc are skiped. Is there a setting to fix this?

QuestionHI what wall mount might be recommended for the QN55S90CAFXZA? I would like to make sure I get a mount that works well with this TV prior to having Bestbuy come out to install.

- Answer The wall mount type used will depend on your preference; if you prefer the mount stationary, we recommend using a fixed mount. If you prefer the mount to move, take a look at tilting or full motion mounts. The 55" S90C TV can use any type of universal wall mount with a VESA pattern of 300mm x 200mm. ~ Samsung Specialist

QuestionThere is on-going concern in the AV community regarding SAMSUNG still utilizing the OLD (2022) S95B panels in these S90C (early produced ones). This has been verified. So how can we as consumers ASSURE ourselves that we will, in fact get the NEWER panel?

QuestionHow do I disable the screensaver? I understand the purpose of it is to reduce burn in however it is coming on when I am actively watching television shows that do not have logos or icons that could cause burn in.

- Answer Samsung, Rob said while he is actively watching TV. I just bought the same TV today and while watching with constant movement on the screen it goes into screensaver mode. Just like Rob’s. From what I have read this is a common problem. What is the solution. This can’t be how this was designed. Is there a software update that deals with this? Marty
