A:AnswerYou can choose to use Alexa or Bixby. When you use the voice feature on the remote, it will automatically start setup. Then you can choose your preferred voice assistant. Then, you can control the tv by saying, "Hey Bixby/Alexa, open Disney Plus and play Zootopia." You can find a list of voice commands online.

A:AnswerSamsung is being awful about this. There’s a big difference between woled and qd-oled. DONT BUY THIS TV UNTIL THEY ANSWER.
I’m pretty sure they’re being dodgy because of all the lawsuits against them for false advertising.
