lichwa - The S95B features both wireless (Wi-Fi) and wired (LAN) internet connectivity options. If using a wired connection, you'll need to connect your TV and modem via an Ethernet cable. ~ Samsung Specialist
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you have to have a wi-fi connection to get internet on this tv. But, it may have an Ethernet connection. Check the back of tv. But yes, you need a modem.
