Mustang thanks for your reply. While I was not able to successfully use the Smart Things app I did activate the Intelligent Mode in setting on the TV. It analyzes the surroundings for lighting and noise and the content you are watching to set the picture and sound accordingly. So do not pick a preset Picture Mode like standard or dynamic. Let the AI in the set adjust this for you. I found it to work very well. Thank you again.

Have you loaded the Smart Things app on your phone and done the calibration process on the app. My son has the same TV and told me to do this so that the TV adjust to lighting in your room automatically. You will allow the app to access your phone camera, keep it pointed at the TV, and it will flash several different colors & lights, so don’t be concerned. Hope this works.
