A:AnswerYou can but you have to have the picture formatted in 16:9 at very high resolution in order for it to be viewed without the mat. Unfortunately, this TV, the 2020 version, only allows for 500 MB of space for personal pictures, while the 2019 allows for 4 GB. It’s a terrible thing that Samsung did because they wanted buyers to invest in their Art Store. Samsung said they’re working on a fix but I doubt that.
