• Hi ClarkK, If you are using the device through HDMI, it could cause the auto-on, as Anynet+ is enabled. Occasionally connected devices such as game consoles (PS5, Xbox) or cable set-top boxes send a turn-on signal, for example, if they have software updates. We recommend you try turning Anynet+ off as it may be causing auto power on. Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+, then disable. I hope this helps! ~Samsung Advisor

• I dont know it this will help but i know turning on my playstation 5 makes the tv turn on so it might be sometjing dealing with the game system.
