Hi Thomas, Yes, to ensure Game Mode is turned on, go to: Home > left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Game Mode Settings > Game Mode > On/Auto. Once Game Mode is active and your game console is connected, press and hold the Play/Pause button on your Samsung Smart Remote to bring up the Game Bar. ~Samsung Advisor
