• The first gen Ark only allowed you to use 1 input for multiview, the second gen allows you to use other inputs for multiview.

• Multi view let's you use any combination of the hdmi ports and the display port along with any of the streaming apps on it. 2, 3 or 4 screens in any combination you choose. It's petty cool

• On the gen2 you can use both physical inputs as well as apps available on the display. It even supports KVM pass through
