“What batch # is the latest batch as of December/January? I've read that the first batch had issues with power dying after usage. Has that problem been addressed?”

I addressed the problem by buying a protection plan from Best Buy when I bought the monitor. I've read in other reviews that Samsung has terrible QA, so I went with the protection plan.
