Hi, Dynamic is the best option for watching YoutubeTv and other apps. The only darkness we’ve seen is with Netflix. Netflix is dark with every TV in the market. Is that where you are receiving darkness? Kurt
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. You go setting then go to picture. There you can easily change the picture and I think they had a few modes so it was easy but my son did it. Mine was the same way, dark and lacking contrast. Now I’m happy with mine. Easy fix. If you mess it up just go to factory settings and start over. I would buy another one.
