- Answer Hi! The 58Q60T does not feature a 3.5mm or headphone jack however it has the ability to connect to Bluetooth enabled audio devices for a wireless connection to the TV using Bluetooth headphones or speakers. ^Tim

QuestionIs this tv Dolby Atmos compatible? When I go to Expert Settings and click on Sound / Dolby Atmos Compatibility, it says “this function isn’t available “ is this become I don’t have an HDMI cable connected to the arc port? Or is this not supported?

- Answer Sandena, to enable Dolby Atmos, you will need to connect an Atmos enabled soundbar via HDMI eARC to your TV's eARC port (HDMI eARC Port 2). Also, ensure that the content you are watching is Dolby Atmos compatible. ^Gina

QuestionCan I sync my Samsung phone to the TV

- Answer Yes. I actually synced a Samsung phone and an iphone to it. Samsung phones will sync easily. Iphone wasn't hard either but had to have the Samsung phone let me link it to the account. We can turn the tv on/off, change channels, etc. with it. So cool!!!

QuestionWould this be a good tv to use outside? It would be placed in a completely covered place and always be viewed in full shade. Replacing an older Sunbrite tv which had excellent brightness and very clear picture.

- Answer Hi Jim - The One Connects are proprietory to the model and the 58Q60T does not offer a one connect port. The only TVs that support One Connect for 2020 are the Frame TVs and the Q950TS. ^Cris

- Answer Hello Abcd- The Q60T does not have that feature. The only TVs in the 2020 line up that offer the One Connect Box are the Frame and the Q950TS. ^Cris

- Answer According to the user manual. The distance from the top to the upper screws is 6.2”, bottom to bottom screws is 11.3”, and the distance from the sides to the bolts are 17.4”. The attached image is trademarked by Samsung and is included in the user manual for this model.

- Answer The instructions do not work with the altice one cable box. Is it not compatible? It doesn’t automatically connect and it doesn’t find the Model number of the box when I try to enter it.
