• Yes. It’s a double oven and both can operate independently... heat controls for both...or make it one oven and have more room.

• Great question, HGAG! Yes, you can set the 2 ovens to separate temperatures. Page 25 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3nZg6JG) has a helpful guide to show you the maximum and minimum temperature ranges when using both ovens at the same time. ^Jecca
