• You cannot have the divider in the oven air fryer only works on full oven, so take the divider out turn the knob selector to air fry

• You have to make sure the oven divider is removed, then all the oven options come available on the dial. Air fryer option is only available when the oven divider is removed. Also be careful when using top convection Oven when divided, the broiler is the gas/heat source items can easily burn.
