“The screen has gone out in the top oven so I can't set time, temperature, or date. I unplugged it for 60 seconds and plugged it back in, still nothing. the bottom oven is fine. Have I missed anything? is there something I can do before I call for service”

Not sure if this will help or not but is the divider shelve between the ovens in the correct slot?
