Hi Juan. Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 6.0 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Gas Convection+ Range with WiFi and No-Preheat Air Fry on removing the test or demo mode. Regarding your concern, here are the steps to switch off the test or demo mode. 1. Press and hold the timer or clock symbol for 3 seconds. 2. Press 0 to enter Demo mode. 3. Press 1 or 2 to turn Demo mode on or off. (1 to on, 2 to off) 4. Press START/SET to save the change Here is also the link to the user manual for further assistance.
