I have read on other sites that there are issues with the knobs peeling or wearing off. It that because of an issue with a particular batch? Has anyone experienced this issue that has purchased this model from Best Buy? null

Yes, the quality of Samsung has gone way downhill the metal plated plastic knobs peel to due to the heat coming up from the oven. What a piece of junk. This is very common, and Samsung should be placed with free replacement knobs

we have'nt had a peeling problem but on the model before we had 2 knobs break and had to replace them.

So far we have not had any issues with this model. Have only had it for about a month or so. Very happy with it.
