Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have only had ours for a 1 to 3 months. So far so good. We spoke with the salesman at Best Buy about that issue. He put a magnet on the refigerator and slid it...it didnt scratch so we went forward with black stainless. I guess time will tell.
