“How do you adjust the oven temperature while it’s already set at a specific temp. For example, I start at 450 but need to turn it down to 400. Can’t find the answer anywhere. Thanks!”

• I'm happy to help with this, Carla! Changing the temperature after the oven is already heated is the same process as setting the temperature initially. You will need to press the button for the cooking mode you are using, for instance "Bake". Next, use the number pad to enter the new temperature, then press "Start". ^Jecca

• What I do is tap the “off” button and then choose the bake or whatever I was using, and enter the new temperature and then start again. It’s been working beautifully for me.

• Yes. No need to press the off button first. If it’s a gas oven, that would require the oven to shut down and reignite and that’s not necessary.
