• Hi there, No, the Air Fry mode of this range does not have excessive smoke if the instructions are followed correctly. We recommend placing a baking sheet or tray on the rack below the Air Fry Tray to catch any drippings. This will help to reduce splatter and smoke. Have a great day, -Ernest-
