“Is it possible to turn off the convection fan for the oven , and just use the oven without it?”

• They are two separate modes. Bake or convection bake. Bake doesn’t use the fan.

• Absolutely, CMC56! In fact, we've made it even easier than that. This model features separate buttons on the control panel for regular and convection bake. So all you need to do is select which one you want each time you use the oven. ^Jecca
