Yes it will you can also send a command to the oven but have to complete by pressing start on the actual unit

It notifies me when the oven has preheated fully and will tell me what the temperature is. It notifies me when the oven has been canceled (turned off). It notifies me when my timer is done. That's about all that I have learned so far.
