A:AnswerAll you need to do is pull the range forward to access the back. Each grate is held by a screw. Just remove the screw. The grate will be free and can be placed back in position after cleaning without the screw.
A:AnswerWe just received this oven today and the rear filler kit was NOT included. Now wwe have a big ugly gap. See photo. It would have been nice to have the filler kit enclosed or been given the option of purchasing it if needed. We purchased it from Best Buy. How do I go about purchasing one and getting it installed?
A:AnswerHi there,
I can help with that. The convection fan will run anytime you use the Convection Bake cooking cycle. This will allow the heat to be spread through the oven at a more evenly temperature to cook for faster cooking. Same for the Air Fry. This will allow for faster cooking and save space on your counter tops by not having two machines. This way you have multiple cooking methods located right at your finger tips without out having to pull out other devices. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
A:AnswerMy version is gas, so If you are referring to the gas knobs on the front of the range, the answer is no. There is nothing to indicate the cooktop is in use other than the gas flame itself. I don't know about the electric version. There is a display panel for the oven however.
A:AnswerThe serial number for the Samsung Slide-in Gas stove is located in the upper portion of the oven. When you open the oven, look up on the silver strip (will need to get on the floor) at the stickers that are all the way in back and you will see the serial number. The silver strip is located directly under the knobs, but you need to open the oven and get on the floor to see it. You will need your phone or camera to take a picture of it. Not sure who genius idea it was to place the S/N in that location where it’s so hard to see or read.
A:AnswerNo. This is a single fuel range. Meaning, it has a gas oven. The convection component is a fan at the back that moves air around, ensuring more even baking/roasting. A dual fuel range, gas top with electric oven, usually cost twice as much and are marked "Duel fuel". Hope this helps.

A:AnswerHi there! I'm happy to help with this. There are a couple things that could be causing the issues you're experiencing. The Bread Proof feature is automatically disabled any time the internal temperature of the oven is above 100 ˚F. However, if you are still having trouble trying to use the Bread Proof feature when the oven is cool, then I recommend following the steps in this link: https://bit.ly/3oiordp. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI have great news for you Stef! Currently all Samsung gas ranges and cooktops come with a compatible LP (liquid propane) conversion kit. Samsung does advise having a licensed technician perform the conversion. This is primarily due to the many risks associated with gas and propane. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThat is a great question! I did check to see if there was a way to do this. Unfortunately, the "sound on/off" feature on this model is only able to mute or unmute all sounds together. ^Jecca
A:AnswerIt sure does, hkymama! This link (https://bit.ly/3u6B11p) has everything you need to know about using the self clean feature. It also has some other useful cleaning tips. ^Jecca
