Q: QuestionMy range was just installed and they turned it on to clean out the inside of the gasses and chemicals. It is off now but the vents in the back are generating a lot of heat. Will they turn off? Does the range usually generate that much heat?

Q: QuestionThere is a cable attaching the griddle to the inside of the oven with the name "Se-Kure" on it. Perhaps it was used to prevent the griddle from disappearing from this floor model. Do I simply peel off both ends from the griddle and inside of the oven?

Q: QuestionDoes the oven come up to temperature in a reasonable amount of time? I have a freestanding Samsung gas stove for a little more than five years and the oven has always taken FOREVER to come up to temperature so we're kind of leery of staying with Samsung.
