I'm interested to know this as well. The center griddle is useless as there is no grease management system.. don't even try to cook bacon on it unless you have an extinguisher or a blanket nearby. I love everything about the stove except this griddle. not worth the extra $$ to have the model with it.

I have made eggs... pancakes... grilled pork chops and asparagus... quesadillas grilled cheese... I wouldn’t attempt regular bacon but I love it and you wouldn’t want to use it with a grate because you don’t want flames to extend beyond your pot and it’s a big oval I do t think Ineven have a roasting pan that large... the griddle is great you just have to experiment a little
