“One salesman we spoke to said they were having trouble getting Samsung parts because Samsung is made in Asia. Has anyone experienced long delays in getting parts for repairs? Does Best Buy service the appliances they sell?”

I must agree. That parts are a problem. Mines missing 4 burners ( delivered that way) and they can't find a solution to that. They will accept it as a return. But I don't want to return it. I want 4 burners. Or a comparable stove for the same price
