QuestionI recently purchased and I only receive the griddle for the center burner. Does it not come with the grill as well? Please don’t tell me I have to purchase the grill separately .

QuestionDoes this range come with side lips that rest on counter to prevent spillage between stove and counter? Does not appear this way in pics. The one I currently has these built in and you just side on top of the counter.

QuestionI had the clock set. We lost electricity in the snowstorm. Now when I try to set the clock, it gives me the 12 hour/24 option but does not let me input a time. Hold icon 3 sec Hit option 4 Choose 12 hr Does not allow any further input

- Answer Great questions, Mary! The oven and cooktop are both gas, though they can be converted to Liquid Propane as well. However, the automatic ignitions and control panel do operate on electricity. And finally, the drawer at the bottom of this range is only a storage drawer and does not have it's own heating element. ^Jecca

QuestionCan the stove and oven be turned on manually in case there is no electricity?

- Answer The range top burners can be turned on but you must light them with a match. The oven can not be used without electricity as the burner is fired by an igni ter and that is electric.
