“Q1: How do you set the clock to display at all times? It keeps going into sleep mode and disappears from the screen, I like it to display at all time. Q2: How can you use the timer for the stovetop cooking without turning on the oven?”

• Clock to display at all times - go to the clock setting found on the second menu options. Press the three horizontal lines twice then the new menu of options shows up use the dial knob to select the 6 option of "screen timeout" and select "display at all times" viola! Same thing for the timer go to the second option menu by selecting the "burger button icon" and tap it twice - the second menu shows up with the first option Timer and you can use the dial knob to select the time.
