The griddle sits on top of the center grate, which fills the space; both are included with the range. The griddle has tabs on the bottom that fit in the grate to prevent movement. I’m not aware of a reversible griddle sold by the manufacturer, but any reversible griddle will sit on top of the center grate, as long as it is large enough to cover the oblong burner.
