Yes. Modify your times accordingly (convection can reduce baking times by as much as 25%) so be careful and do several small test batches until you see the percentage your oven applies. You might also consider dropping the temperature 10 to 15 degrees if you find the inside isn't setting properly before the outside "sears"/crisps/sets and starts to get overdone. Another idea is to cover with a tin foil shell. Finally, you can always use the lower oven for regular baking and the top for whatever else you are making...or not at all.
