Regarding your concern, here are the steps: 1. Press settings options for 3 seconds. 2. Press or select 2, and then press START/SET. 3. Press or select F (Fahrenheit) or C (Celsius). 4. Press START/SET to save the changes. I have included your user manual for further assistance.
