“There are no coils in the bottom of the oven. Does it only heat from above?”

• Actually it heats from the bottom and top. The heating element on the bottom is concealed under the metal plate. The heating element for the broiler is concealed under a metal plate in the top of the oven.

• It heats from the top. Just put the rack on the middle and you will have no problems to cook or bake. I bake a lot, even the tricky pastries coming out beautifully.
