• Great questions! This model has both standard baking and convection baking options. Both of these options are separate buttons on the control panel. This means that each time you use the oven, you can choose which option you'd like to use. ^Jecc

• Yes. I’ve never seen an oven that’s only convection. It seems to be a good oven so far
